Everything you need to get started with YourChatBot.
Sign up at yourchatbot.in with your email. You'll get a free plan to start experimenting right away.
Go to the Documents tab and add your content. You can upload PDFs, text files, and markdown documents. You can also crawl a website URL or add Q&A pairs manually.
Head to Settings to customise your bot's name, welcome message, system prompt, and theme colours. This controls how your chatbot looks and behaves.
Copy the embed code from the Connect tab and paste it into your website's HTML.
It's a single <script> tag — your chatbot will appear as a widget in the
bottom-right corner.
Visit the Conversations tab to see all chats between your visitors and your bot. Use these insights to improve your knowledge base and refine responses.
Q&A pairs are the most precise way to control your bot's answers. Write the question exactly how a customer would ask it, and provide a clear, complete answer.
Upload documents that are relevant to what your customers ask about. Smaller, focused documents produce better results than large, general ones.
The system prompt in Settings tells your bot how to behave. Be specific — for example: "You are a helpful customer support agent for [Company]. Be friendly and concise. If you don't know the answer, suggest contacting support@company.com."
