Account & Billing
How do I create an account?
Visit
yourchatbot.in and click
Get Started Free.
Enter your email, create a password, and you're all set. No credit card required for the free plan.
What plans are available?
We offer a
Free plan to get started, a
Pro plan for growing businesses,
and a
Business plan for teams that need more capacity. Visit the
pricing section for details.
How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Go to Dashboard → Billing to manage your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade,
or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay.
All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details on our servers.
Chatbot Setup
What file types can I upload?
You can upload PDF, TXT, and Markdown (.md) files.
The maximum file size depends on your plan. You can also crawl website URLs or add Q&A pairs manually.
How does website crawling work?
Enter a URL and we'll automatically fetch the page content and any linked pages on the same domain.
The text is extracted, split into chunks, and added to your bot's knowledge base. This works great
for documentation sites, blogs, and landing pages.
How do I embed the chatbot on my website?
Go to Dashboard → Connect and copy the embed code. Paste the
<script> tag into your website's HTML, just before the closing
</body> tag. The widget will appear in the bottom-right corner of your site.
Can I customise how my chatbot looks?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings to change your bot's name, welcome message,
theme colour, and system prompt. The system prompt lets you control the bot's personality and
response style.
Usage & Limits
What counts as a message?
Each message sent by a visitor to your chatbot counts as one message. The bot's response does not
count separately. Your plan's message limit resets monthly.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
If you reach your message or document limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan to continue.
Existing conversations and documents remain accessible — you just won't be able to add more
until you upgrade or the limit resets.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual documents, conversations, or Q&A pairs from the dashboard at any time.
